I'm Eric Timmons, a Tampa Bay real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty in Palm Harbor.

In practice, that means clear, frequent communication from our first conversation through closing: market updates, showing and open-house feedback, and straight answers about pricing and which improvements will actually add value. When a home needs work, I help line up contractors and quotes. For owners who have already moved away, I coordinate the details here, from repairs to professional photos and video.
